Lucky StarNails & Beauty Bar

Our story

A small salon that takesits time

Lucky Star started with one nail desk, a kettle and a handful of loyal clients from around Churchtown. The idea has not changed since: do fewer sets, do them properly, and make the hour feel like it belongs to you.

Inside Lucky Star: arched mirrors, brass lighting and leather chairs

The space

Warm light, brass and quiet

We built the room we wanted to sit in: arched mirrors, soft brass lamps, plants in the window and a playlist you can talk over. There is tea, there is proper ventilation, and there is never a queue of chairs behind you.

Everything is booked through Fresha so you can see live availability, pick your technician and get a reminder before your appointment.

What we stand for

Small things, done right

Hygiene first

Hospital-grade sterilisation, single-use files and tools opened in front of you, every time.

Nail health

We would rather talk you out of a set than damage your natural nail. Overlays over drills.

Unhurried

Appointments are timed generously so nobody is rushed, including your technician.

Local, always

Independent and Churchtown-based, with a client list built almost entirely on word of mouth.

The team
